Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours. Due to COVID-19 health restrictions, we are are taking adicional precautions, be aware it may take a little bit longer to process orders.

The packaging of your order includes a satin gift bag, in which you will find your jewelry in a plastic case. This case is to protect it from mail handling. If you would like to receive more than one bag, add "Additional Bag" for only$1.00. Order as many as you would like.

It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are no applied, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Otherwise, you would see it at the moment of checkout.

We reserved the right to ship on Saturdays. Shipping is not available on Sundays.
